Selena Gomez Candy Buffet

We celebrated my niece's birthday this past weekend and I had the pleasure of creating her candy buffet.  She had her heart set on a Selena Gomez/Music themed table.  She loves purple and pink and like most 8 year old little, girls, zebra print!  Last year I created the Lemonade Mouth table, which also had a music theme to it with some zebra print thrown in. This girl knows what she likes! I really enjoyed creating the table.  I hope you enjoy the pictures!

A Glamourous Hollywood Inspired Sweet 16

My family had the honor of attending an amazing Sweet 16 party, for my niece, this New Year's Eve. I was asked to create a candy buffet, to add a little sweetness to this fabulous event! We had a blast. There was delicious food, a photo booth and dancing all night long! No detail was missed! I wanted to share a few pictures of the Candy Buffet and a couple others that I captured through the night. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we enjoyed the Sweet 16 celebration!

In addition to the this photo op, an actual photo booth was there as well. It was so fun! It kept everyone entertained and you got a cute keepsake to take home!
Here is a snapshot of the silly photo booth Pic
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and taking the time to
look at the pictures! I hope the New Year is filled with many blessings for you and your family!

Meeska Mooska Mickey Mouse!

MICKEY MOUSE BIRTHDAY!

A few months ago, I was asked to create a Mickey Mouse candy buffet for my nephew's first birthday. I'm finally getting around to posting some pictures!
I love coming up with different types of dessert stands. This one is made from bike gears and an empty Method soap dispenser. I really like how it turned out! I wanted to do more decorating with the bike gears, but it turns out they are a pain to take off!! My dad has the scars to prove it!
I decoupaged a styrofoam block with some Mickey Mouse craft paper to hold the fun swirl lolllipops
I spray painted hat boxes yellow, stuck some Mickey ears on, and called them cupcake stands!

Simple center pieces
It was my first time making a wreath, not too bad, I guess...

Mom got this awesome banner and huge Mickey to welcome everyone to the party!

I hope you enjoyed all the pictures! Until next time, take care!

Girls Rock! Dessert Table

A few weeks ago I created a Glamourous Rock Star Candy Buffet. The birthday girl picked out Birthday invitations from the Oriental Trading Company and wanted the Candy Table to coordinate. Lots of hot pink, purple, zebra and cheetah print were a must!

Yes, the drum makes another appearance. I can't believe how many times I have used that thing. To think I was going to throw it away!
I made stands out of vinyl records again. I think they work well with any music theme!

Rock Candy!
Name Banner I made
Oreo Pops! I love how the little ribbon flags turned out. It is an easy, inexpensive way to add some pizzaz!
I hope you enjoyed the pictures! I would love to hear what you think!!
